About Batch'd

Hi, I'm Mitul, welcome to Batch'd!

While doing my Master's in Cybersecurity in Melbourne, I fell in love with the little café rituals there. A warm cookie, a good coffee, and a few minutes to yourself.

When I came back to Chandigarh, I missed those cookies. So I started baking them at home, trying to recreate the ones I had fallen in love with in Melbourne.

What started as me baking for myself slowly became Batch'd.
